DPCA Information and Resource Guide  

This version of the DPCA's Information and Resource Guide is interactive, you can fill out and print the forms, use the bookmarks (table of contents) to navigate, and the breeders listing is cross-referenced by name and state, both clickable.

You will need Adobe Acrobat, or Reader to access, save, print the file. Reader is a free download and a link is provided.

Adding the capabilities does increase the file size so it is not a 30 second download, length of download will be determined by your connection speed. Start the download then have a cup of coffee, train a dog, or hug a dog as the mood takes you:)
