You are cordially invited to join our list of Vendors for 100th Anniversary of the Doberman Pinscher recognition into the American Kennel Club, and the 83rd Doberman National Specialty and Regional Specialty.
These spaces are offered by invitation only and made available on a first come a first served basis.
This event will be held at the Capital Plaza in Topeka Kansas. The event will take place in the Trade Center. The Capital Plaza is one of the premier facilities in Topeka and has ample meeting and function space for this special event.
Upon completion of each day's activities the trade center will be closed. The Capital Plaza may have an overnight security guard. Despite the possible presence of security, it is advisable that each vendor remove sensitive inventory each night, as the hotel and host clubs are not responsible for lost or stolen property.
The fee for a 10X10 booth is $400.00. Each booth will include draped sides and rear wall, an 8 foot skirted table, and identification sign, two chairs and a wastebasket.

Your deposit of $200.00 will reserve a space for this exciting 9-day event.
The remaining balance will be due by August 1, 2008.

Please be advised that concessionaires will be held responsible for any damages they have caused during the event, and will be billed directly for any necessary repair costs.
SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS:
For any exhibitors who would like to ship their booths or materials prior to the show please abide by the following. Shipping of materials will be accepted and received four days prior to the show. Any items that are received prior to the four days will not be accepted due to the limited amount of space in our receiving area. Please label your boxes etc… with the following information:
· Name of convention you are attending
· Dates of convention
· Your company name, address, phone number and booth number

Arrangements must be made for the return of boxes/crates after the show.
UPS - If shipping by UPS, when you are making arrangements to have items shipped to the hotel, you can request an A.R.S. sticker for the return of items. If items to be picked up are clearly marked and properly addressed including phone number and account/billing number, they may be left in the exhibit room. The hotel will call UPS for a one-time pick up. The hotel does not supply UPS pick-up forms.
Federal Express - If shipping by Federal Express, when you are making arrangements to have items shipped to the hotel, you can request for pick-up of items. If items to be picked up are clearly marked and properly addressed including phone number and account/billing number, they may be left in the exhibit room. The hotel will call Federal Express for a one time pick up. The hotel can provide you with forms for pick-up.
If you use a carrier other than UPS or Federal Express, exhibitor must make arrangements for pick-up and have shipping materials properly marked with address including phone number and account/billing number. Materials must be picked up within two days.
