Vendor spaces are offered to recognize distinguished vendors. The
DPCA Vendor Committee will designate remaining available spaces to
those vendors who complete an application and are felt to support
and uphold the values of the DPCA. The DPCA Vendor committee
reserves the right to reject any vendors application without cause.
The DPCA vendor committee also reserves the right to remove any
vendor from the premises with out money refunded. Booth spaces are
available on a first come first served basis, with preference given
to those that have paid in full. There will be no refunds after
August 1, 2009. This event will be held at the Drawbridge Inn, Fort
Mitchell, Kentucky.
The fee for a 10X10 booth is $400.00. Each booth will include draped
sides and rear wall, two 6 foot skirted tables, an identification
sign, two chairs and a wastebasket.

Your deposit of $200.00 will reserve a space for this exciting 8-day
event. The remaining balance will be due by August 1, 2009 at which
time no refunds will be honored.
Vendors, who have paid in full, and require electric service
must request it by Aug.31,2009
to the vendor chairperson. Please call the vendor chairperson with
any questions on this issue.
Vendors, who have paid in full, may setup their booth on Friday,
October 9th, after 10:00am.
Vendors who wish to ship their merchandise directly to the Draw
Bridge Inn show site, may ship 7 days prior to the show date.
Please no exceptions
