It is entirely up to the discretion of the sponsoring club to contact and make arrangements with its desired evaluator. While the ROM project attempts to represent various parts of the country, there is no restriction on which evaluator the club may wish to use.

IMPORTANT: All Clubs MUST RECEIVE DPCA APPROVAL TO HOLD A WORKING APTITUDE EVALUATION BY SENDING THE APPLICATION TO SPONSOR A TEST TO THE DPCA ROM COORDINATOR AT LEAST THIRTY (30) DAYS PRIOR TO THE SCHEDULED DATE OF THE TEST.

NOTE: $2.00 per dog tested is to be sent to the ROM Coordinator immediately after the test. NO certificates may be awarded until this fee is received. Make checks payable to the DPCA.
