To All Clubs Sponsoring a Working Aptitude Evaluation:

Enclosed is the DPCA ROM Club Application to sponsor a Working Aptitude Evaluation. Please fill out the application and return it to me as soon as possible.

Also enclosed is a copy of the revised Score Sheet. Please use this score sheet and discard all old score sheets due to the fact that the scoring on the gunshot has changed. There is also a revised Data Sheet and a Walk-Thru Flyer. You will need to make additional copies of the Data Sheet and Walk-Thru Flyer according to the number of entries. You will also have to make two (2) copies of the Score Sheet for each entry as the handler now receives a copy.

It is very important that your paperwork is complete and legible. Certificates will be withheld or made out without the appropriate titles if copies of the AKC titles are not included with the Data Sheet. Data Sheets MUST include the breeder's name, sire and dam, date of birth, sex and AKC number - all legible - or the certificates also may be withheld. A dog without an AKC or ILP number may NOT go through the evaluation.

It is the job of the people working your registration desk to make sure the items are completed.

Please remember to send me two (2) copies of your flyer as soon as it is available.
