To those members who have been requesting to opt-out for the current Pipeline mailing in the past week or so.

The opt-out period for this mailing ended July 23^rd.

Since the mailing list is already with the printer no more names can be added to the opt-out list for this mailing. Once the Pipeline is mailed it may take up to six weeks to arrive at your home.

The next Pipeline will have its own opt-out period which will be announced on this list.

The Pipeline will be coming out the first part of August.  For members who do not have an e-mail address on file or internet access, copies will be automatically printed and mailed.  Nothing further needs to be done.

For those members who do have e-mail/internet access but need a printed copy, there is an “OPT OUT” option.  The electronic option will still be available to you in the Members Only area of the DPCA website, even if you “opt out”.

Instructions:  Use the e-mail address that is associated with your DPCA membership. Send an e-mail to dpcamembershipsecretary@wildblue.net Type Opt Out, name and address in the subject line. Do not type anything in the body of the e-mail.  This is not a onetime opt out since addresses and sometimes names change as well as the desired method of Pipeline delivery.  This will be a recurrent method of the opt out feature.  The cutoff date for opt out for this upcoming issue is July 23 2010.  There will be absolutely no exceptions or extensions to the cut off date.

Even if you e-mailed someone previously to let them know you wanted to opt out you need to follow the above instructions because those e-mails were not compiled for a mailing list.
