The board of directors have ruled that a new Election Ballot be sent out to the membership.
As stated in the APM the resumes for each candidate shall be included in the ballot mailing.
The omission of the resumes was the decision of the Recording Secretary as the resumes
are available on dpca.org in the members only section and was announced in a DPCA Rep on July 4th.
The DPCA has apx. 108 members without email addresses and no way for them to see the resumes of the candidate’s.
The new ballot will be printed on a colored paper with colored envelopes and should be mailed in the couple of days.
The board understands that some members have already sent their ballots back to the CPA; we ask that you resend the new colored ballot as the white ballots will not be counted.
We are sorry for this inconvenience, but we must follow the APM.
