The price for a 10 x 10 Booth is $475 and includes electricity (1-20 amp outlet), 1 eight-foot table, one chair, Linens included. Additional space may be reserved in increments of 5 feet for $200 per five feet. Additional tables may be added at $10.00 ea. Electricity will be a 20 amp outlet, 30 amp available for an additional cost. Additional outlets available at $55.00 for 20amp and $65.00 for 30amp. We will be supplying pipe and drape this year. Reservations will be accepted on a first come first serve basis through March 1, 2023, with preference given to existing DPCA vendors. After March 1, 2023, we will fill booth spaces as applications and deposits are received.
As part of the application process, you will be asked to read and acknowledge your agreement with the following terms:
Despite the possible presence of security, it is advisable that each vendor remove sensitive inventory each night. Neither the venue nor the DPCA are responsible for lost or stolen property.
Please be advised that vendors will be held responsible for any damages they cause during the event and will be billed directly for any necessary repair costs. The DPCA Show Committee reserves the right with cause to remove any vendor from the premises without any refund.
No vendor may sell tee-shirts, sweat-shirts or jackets that use the DPCA logo or the DPCA National Logo.
There will be no soliciting of vendors during the National. If you are solicited please notify the show committee immediately so we can address it. We ask that all of our vendors donate one item (not a % off certificate) with a minimum value of $50 to the DPCA National Fundraiser in support of Health Research and Rescue Operations.
All vendors are responsible for the collection and payment of State Sales Tax and any License’s needed.
Release and Hold Harmless Agreement
There are certain risks inherent in any event sponsored or associated with the Doberman Pinscher Club of America (“DPCA”) because those events involve dogs which can be unpredictable, even when handled with care. There are other risks inherent in serving as a vendor for the DPCA.
I agree to assume these inherent risks and to hold DPCA harmless from them. This release and hold harmless agreement applies to any claims, demands, lawsuits or causes of action related to or arising from (1) the event in which I chose to participate, either for hire or for any other reason; or (2) any act or omission caused or attributed to DPCA. This release is intended to be broad so as to cover claims, demands, lawsuits or causes of action for personal injury, emotional distress or property loss. It is also designed to apply not only to the DPCA, but to its agents, employees, officers, officials, volunteers, successors or assigns. Further, this agreement applies not only to me, but also to my heirs, estate, agents, successors or assigns.
I also acknowledge that this agreement is a material inducement for the DPCA to permit me to participate in the event sponsored or associated by it.
Once your application has been received and approved, you will receive notice from the vendor coordinator. A 50% down payment is required at time of application. Full payment of your booth rental fee is due by June 1, 2023. No refund requests will be honored after June 1, 2023. Please provide a copy of your insurance liability policy to the vendor coordinator no later than August 1, 2023.
