The price for a 10 x 10 Booth is $475 and includes electricity (1- 20 amp), 1 eight-foot table with a table cloth, 1 chair, pipe and drape and internet connection.
Additional space may be reserved in increments of 5 feet for $200 per five feet. Additional tables with table cloth may be added for $10 each. An extra 20 amp will be $72.28.
Reservations will be accepted on a first come first serve basis through February 15, 2025, with preference given to the previous year’s DPCA vendors. This new venue is a Coliseum setting. Therefore our available vendor space is limited.
After February 15, 2025, we will fill booth spaces as applications and deposits are received until we fill all available space.

We ask that all of our vendors donate one item (not a % off certificate) with a minimum value of $50 to the DPCA National Fundraiser in support of Health Research and Rescue Operations.

No vendor may sell tee-shirts, sweat-shirts or jackets that use the DPCA logo or the DPCA National Logo.
There will be no soliciting of vendors during the National. If you are solicited please notify the show committee immediately so we can address it.
All vendors are responsible for the collection and payment of State Sales Tax and any License’s needed.

Once your application has been received and approved, you will receive notice from the vendor coordinator. A 50% down payment is required at time of application. Full payment of your booth rental fee is due by June 1, 2025. No refund requests will be honored after June 1, 2025.

Please provide a copy of your insurance liability policy to the vendor coordinator no later than August 1, 2025.

Release and Hold Harmless Agreement

There are certain risks inherent in any event sponsored or associated with the Doberman Pinscher Club of America (“DPCA”) because those events involve dogs which can be unpredictable, even when handled with care. There are other risks inherent in serving as a vendor for the DPCA.

I agree to assume these inherent risks and to hold DPCA harmless from them. This release and hold harmless agreement applies to any claims, demands, lawsuits or causes of action related to or arising from (1) the event in which I chose to participate, either for hire or for any other reason; or (2) any act or omission caused or attributed to DPCA. This release is intended to be broad so as to cover claims, demands, lawsuits or causes of action for personal injury, emotional distress or property loss. It is also designed to apply not only to the DPCA, but to its agents, employees, officers, officials, volunteers, successors or assigns. Further, this agreement applies not only to me, but also to my heirs, estate, agents, successors or assigns.

I also acknowledge that this agreement is a material inducement for the DPCA to permit me to participate in the event sponsored or associated by it.
