All parking is at your own risk. The Doberman Pinscher Cub of America, the Event Center & the Parking Agent assume no responsibility or liability.
All vehicles must be completely self-contained and have a working fire extinguisher. No discharge of waste water of any kind on grounds.
Generators are permissible. All generators must have exhaust directed away from other RVs and/or exercise pens.
Please observe quiet hours between 10:00 pm & 6:00 am.
Fire lanes must be kept clear at all times. Unauthorized or illegally parked vehicles will be towed without prior warning & at the owner’s expense.
Tow vehicle must be parked within your assigned RV space with an appropriate pass. If it will not fit, you must purchase a 40’+ parking spot.
NO DAY PARKING IN RV SPACE WITHOUT PARKING PASS FROM RV CHAIRMAN.
Exhibitors are responsible for keeping their parking spaces clean at all times. If you use shavings on the asphalt you must have plastic to protect the grounds.
**ALL RV PARKING MUST BE PRE-PAID WITH PAYPAL/CREDIT CARD – NO EXCEPTIONS – IF YOU ARE NOT PAID, YOU WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO PARK ON SITE**
Anyone arriving without a reservation will need to go to the apparel desk and pay for the spot before they will be parked. There will be a $50 fee added to those who show up without a reservation.
There will be no RV parking prior to noon on Thursday September 21. All RV’s must be off site by 2PM Sunday October 1.
All spots include water. Please make sure you bring your hose for the water hook up. THERE IS NO ELECTRIC HOOKUP!
If you want to be parked next to a specific RV, please note that on your reservation in the ‘additional notes’ section and we will do our best to accommodate you, but no guarantees. There is limited grass, so requests to have grass will be taken into consideration, but there are no guarantees.
Make sure your DPCA paid parking pass is visible. This pass must be displayed in your window at all times from arrival to departure.
Each space is 25 feet wide.
Parking is assigned spots – you will be parked by the DPCA parking attendant. No parking prior to check in with the RV Parking attendant. RV parking available from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm
Reservations are open until September 9, 2022 midnight EST – There is no prorating of parking fees.
