Parking Pass Options

🚐 5-Day Pass: Arrive Friday, Oct 3 – Depart Wednesday, Oct 8 (Agility Lot); includes 1 dump
🚐 10-Day Pass: Arrive Thursday, Oct 2 – Depart Sunday, Oct 12 (Main Lot); includes 2 dumps

General Guidelines

• All parking is at your own risk. The DPCA, Event Center, and Parking Agent assume no responsibility for damage, theft, or accidents.
• Self-contained RVs only. You must have a working fire extinguisher onboard.
• No waste discharge of any kind on the grounds.

Hookups & Generators

🔌 Electric hookups available (Mostly 30 AMP, some 50 AMP). If your RV is 50 AMP, bring a 50-to-30 AMP adapter.
💧 Water included – Bring at least 100 feet of hose and a splitter for hookups.
⚡ Generators allowed but must have exhaust directed away from neighboring RVs and exercise pens.

Rules & Regulations

• Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM
• Fire lanes must be kept clear – Unauthorized vehicles will be towed at the owner's expense.
• Tow vehicle must fit within your assigned space and display the proper pass.
  🚫 No day parking in RV spaces without a pass from the RV Chairman.

Reservations & Payment

💳 All RV parking must be pre-paid via PayPal or credit card – NO EXCEPTIONS.
🚨 No reservation? You must pay at the apparel desk before parking. A $50 late fee applies.
🕗 No RV parking before 8:00 AM on Thursday, Oct 2. All RVs must leave by 2:00 PM on Sunday, Oct 12.
📅 Reservation deadline: September 17, 2024, at midnight EST – No prorated fees.

Additional Notes

• If you want to park next to a friend, include the request in the 'Additional Notes' section of your reservation – no guarantees.
• There is limited grass – requests for grass spots will be considered but not guaranteed.
• Each space is 25 feet wide.
• A DPCA parking pass must be visible in your window at all times.
• Parking is assigned – Check in with the DPCA Parking Attendant before parking.
