The sponsoring club is responsible for choosing and contacting an evaluator from those available to set a date and make all other arrangements. See WAE Guidelines.

All clubs must receive approval from the DPCA 2nd Vice President to hold a Working Aptitude Evaluation.

The application must be received by 2nd Vice President a minimum of 30 days prior to the requested WAE date.

NOTE: There is a $3.00 fee per dog tested.  An electronic payment to the DPCA for $3.00 per dog evaluated must be submitted through the DPCA website by you, the Host Coordinator. Click here to submit payment.  Be sure to state the date of the WAE on the payment form.

No certificates will be awarded until the DPCA receives this fee.
