Please use this form to send updates on a Doberman that already has a Longevity or Bred for Longevity certification.

If your Doberman has celebrated another birthday, send that info in and we’ll update their longevity number (you will not receive a new certificate for each birthday).  While it’s hard to think about, if you have lost your friend, please also send that information in so the database can be updated. You will get a final certificate at this time, so please provide a valid email address.
